Shipping Policy

Orders are normally dispatched on the same business day or the following morning that our warehouse is open.

We do not charge freight for orders being delivered within Australia and New Zealand where the value of the products being ordered is greater than $249. For orders of lesser value than $249, shipping charges are applied at checkout of $20 within Australia.

Express Post is only offered to Australian customers with delivery postcodes where Australia Post guarantees overnight delivery. When available, this can be found in checkout and attracts an extra charge.

Orders for delivery outside Australia are subject to a shipping charge paid at the time of placing order.

• Please note that our international delivery rates do not include any duties, fees and taxes charged by the country of destination. We recommend you first check what duties etc may be payable at your country of destination before making your purchase.
• We have set the international rates to a maximum of 4 pairs of boots. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for more than those quantities.
• Boots made of snakeskin and other exotic leathers are not available for delivery outside Australia.

Domestic deliveries are shipped and tracked with Star Track service.

International deliveries are shipped and tracked with Australia Post International.
